tobacco tax increase. the county stated that this was its intent in its federal application. a new analysis of state government workers shows that 75 retired executives are working for the state. this despite the governor's order to remove all but the most critical retireys from the workforce. the retireys are earning between $45 to $75 an hour even as they're drawing their pensions. >> all three major bay area airports today say flights are running smoothly, the first day of the furloughs. there are what they call random delays on the east coast, but there was no way of telling if they were relate today staffing cut backs. air traffic controllers are set to be furloughed one day every other week. a legal challenge to the furloughs brought by pilots and an airline group is working its way through the courts. >>> it will be time to close the curtains for good after tonight's movie showings at an east bay movie house. >> reporter: ken, we're live in front of the theater tonight. we have been here for a few hours. those wanting to save the dome have collected signatures for a petition
